Cancellation Policy

Purpose: This policy is established by Performance Hyperbaric LLC to ensure the efficient operation of Performance Hyperbaric LLC and to provide equitable treatment to all clients. It addresses late cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows for appointments. Cancellation Notice: Clients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Notice should be given via phone call to 772-621-0815. Emergency circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and documentation may be requested. Late Cancellation and Rescheduling: Clients who cancel or reschedule appointments with less than 24 hours' notice, except in the case of a documented emergency, may be subject to a late cancellation fee of $50.00. Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice ("no-shows") may forfeit the entire visit amount and be required to pay the full cost of the session before scheduling future appointments.
